Adding a Chihuahua Puppy to your family can be a wonderful thing. But please give it much thought first! They are a toy breed but definitely not toys! Chihuahuas are big dogs in little bodies. They can be very demanding of all the love and attention they crave so much.
Chihuahuas may be little in size but they can have big dog ways. They can be very active. But, because of their small size, they can receive all the exercise they need in even a small apartment. But that doesn't mean they wouldn't enjoy a good romp outside, just don't plan on them being partners for extended jogs, bike rides, hikes, etc...not unless you planning on carrying them most of the way :-)
I often hear of people wanting a tiny tiny chihuahua puppy as a gift for their 3 year old child...Not A Good Idea!!! A fall, even from the arms of a young child, can seriously injure or kill a chihuahua puppy! This doesn't mean you can own a chihuahua while raising a young family; but it does mean much extra thought and care must be put into it. I had an extremely small dog while my children were young in diapers. BUT he was MY pet, not my children's pet. If you are looking for a pet for a young child, please consider a bit larger puppy and perhaps one a bit older.
All TLC Chihuahuas are kept up to date on vaccinations and wormings, Avid micro chipped, are vet checked before leaving me and have written health guarantees.
Please realize I DO NO sell my chihuahua puppies on a first come, first served basis. My puppies are available to approved homes only. So expect me to ask you questions. And of course I'm happy to answer yours. I think the breeder and buyer are looking for the same thing....the placement of a cute, healthy chihuahua puppy into a home where both the puppy and owners are happy.
I don't do a lot of breeding. This is my hobby and one I enjoy. So I don't have puppies all the time. But when I do, I'll post their photos and information below. You are welcome to view them and call or e-mail with any questions you may have.

Ch Pacer and Chiquita are the proud parents of 4 Chihuahua Puppies....all females!, born September 25, 2008. They are available to approved, loving, responsible pet homes only.
We will be in Roanoke, Va on Tuesday, Feb 17 and we'll be Louisville, Ky on our way to Indpls, In a few days later. If these locations would help anyone with traveling to acquire one of these puppies please let me know.

Little Orphan Annie Needs A Home  Annie was found by a member of Patriotic Helping Hands at a trash dump on Christmas Eve starving to death! She was so skinny you could count every rib, her ears where the biggest part of her. She is currently being fostered and her weight is really good at about 6 lbs. She's a young dog with an excellent temperment.
